I worked on print and digital projects at The Post, carrying stories across mediums through design and code. In addition, I art directed various special projects, including publishing The Mueller Report Illustrated graphic nonfiction book in 2019.
Previously, I art directed the Weekend (Going Out Guide) section. In 2018 and 2019, I redesigned the newsletters. In 2017, I helped launch The Post's Snapchat Discover page.
I worked with illustrator Ana Miminoshvili on a set of six illustrations for this Christmas anthology about the quest for connection in a disconnected year. Live here.
“10 lives, interrupted” followed Americans in the coronavirus pandemic through first-person narratives that published periodically with updates. The goal was to capture the new economic reality emerging from the pandemic through a wide range of individual voices. Live here.

Seven cities competed for a $40 million Smart City transportation grant. We wanted to create each skyline according to each city's proposal, and used CSS animation to move cars along the screen. Live here.
I was tasked with rebranding the Daily 202’s Big Idea podcast. I worked on the concept and composition of the new design, which focused on daily routine.
The Post released a special edition holiday tech guide focused on how to use smart home devices. We showcased the very vertical illustration in the digital presentation in a parallax style. Live here.
Weekend —
From two years, I art directed the Weekend section. The section is locally focused on things to do in the Washington metropolitan area.
I formatted this story on historical dishes in D.C. in a timeline and made sure illustrations were historically accurate, although many of the dishes don't exist anymore. Live here.
I used a 3D printer to create the 2016/2017 characters. This gif was created for social use.
